Today's Northwest Herald features an article discussing David McSweeney's efforts to unseat Congresswoman Melissa Bean as "a cause to celebrate and raise cash for GOP big wigs nationwide."

We don't want to say "told you so," but the House Conservatives Fund has recognized McSweeney as the real deal and one of our best chances to defeat a Democrat incumbent in November. We proudly endorsed David McSweeney in our second round of nominations, and we look forward to his victory in November. His fundraising strength is just one more indication that this traditionally Republican seat is on its way back to the right side of the aisle.
