Roll Call

The House Conservatives Fund, the political action committee affiliated with the Republican Study Committee, has tapped Mike Bober to be its new executive director.

Bober, 28, spent five years as a PAC fundraiser at Hammond & Associates, where he worked with a number of conservative candidates, including Rep. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) and RSC Chairman Mike Pence (R-Ind.).

The position merges the roles of PAC fundraiser and executive director, which were previously contracted out to Andrew Theodore of the Theodore Co. and Sean McCaffrey of Wilson Research Strategies, respectively.

The House Conservatives Fund, the re-launch of what was previously known as the Conservative Action Team PAC, has already cut checks to targeted incumbents but plans to focus mostly on open-seat races, Bober said.
