Here's a look at the responses to our recent House Conservatives Fund interest survey. We had a tremendous level of interest.

So, what was the most important issue to HCF supporters going into 2012? 49.7% of you said the economy was your primary focus in deciding who you will vote for in 2012. Balancing the budget represents a distant second at 16.9%. Here's a look at the full breakdown:

Next, we asked you about the presidential contest. Newt Gingrich (32.8%) and Herman Cain (30.8%) were the top picks there.

Finally, on the issue of a Vice Presidential nominee, 31.5% had a pick who wasn't on our list -- with a number of votes going to Jesse Ventura and our own Allen West. Of the candidates we listed, Senator Marco Rubio of Florida led the pack (26.5%).
